Drop off / Pick up
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY PLEASE.

The fastest way to set up an appointment to drop off your items will be to call us at 215-723-8328 or an email at eastcoastvisions@verizon.net and let us know when you would like to come by.   We make every opportunity to meet you during the date and time that you request. A 24 hour notice is awesome but call us - we may already be at the shop.  We live 10-15 minutes away and are very flexible on drop off and pick up times!  

PAYMENT

Payment is required in full at time of pick up - or prior to shipping.  We accept Cash, Check or Paypal.  We do not accept credit cards at the shop - only through paypal.  If you choose to use paypal - a 3% charge will be added to your total to cover the processing fee.  If sending by PayPal - go to the "Contact Us" page and click on the PayPal button.  Enter the amount you were given on your invoice.

SHIPPING

We return ship all our items through UPS.   Your item will be insured at the same value you insured it to us plus the additional cost of the dipping, unless requested otherwise.

When shipping your item to us, please package properly to avoid damage.  You will be contacted via email or phone upon receiving to let you know it was received and in what condition. 

When shipping deer skulls - use extra bubble wrap around the antlers and nasal bone area. 

When shipping firearms - contact the your shipping carrier and follow all guide lines.  All guns should be shipped disassembled or you will be charged a $50 disassembly, cleaning and reassembly  fee.
